The world has gone crazy!
If you’re an average, everyday middle-class American 2020 felt like you stepped into an episode of the Twilight Zone. A global pandemic took way too many of our loved ones, way too soon. Stores ran out of basic essentials like toilet paper, and staples like flour, milk, and eggs were in short supply.
20/20 is supposed to be perfect vision, but everything we’ve ever known and loved feel blurry and out of focus, and many of us are left wondering how it happened!
Me? I’m wondering how I can ensure that I NEVER get caught unaware again.
We live on 2-ish acres we’ve never really done anything with, so my husband and I have decided to start a garden to grow our own food, preserve the harvest, get some chickens, a pig, and maybe even a sweet li’l moo cow.
We’ve never done it before, but we’re gonna figure it out!
